Wheel of Life

How balanced is your life right now? Using a 1-10 scale, mark each life area with your current level of satisfaction. Then, when you click "submit," receive a copy by e-mail. This exercise helps you see your level of life satisfaction in each area. And, it shows you how balanced your life is right now. Taking a moment to look at your satisfaction with life as it is right now, can be a great awareness activity. Create your own Wheel of Life using this tool.

If you'd like, you can change the category names to better fit the areas of your life you'd like to review.

For each category, enter a value from 0 - 10, indicating how satisfied you are with that area of your life right now. When you're happy with the values, Click Create My Chart to send the final "wheel" to your e-mail address.
