Do you ever feel exhausted, because you put everyone else first, leaving no time to take care of your own needs? This could be a sign that you are “people pleasing.” This means we take on too much, live with unclear boundaries, and try to please others rather than taking care of our own basic needs.
In today’s podcast, we will look at people pleasing, which often connects to codependency (which is NOT my area of expertise). Let’s take a look at this widely common behavior and consider what else we can do to transition to balance and wellbeing, while still loving, serving, and teaching others.
