Feel Happier and Make Better Decisions

If you want to feel happier and make better decisions, identifying and living your values is the way! Values are what we care most about, and each one of us has our own priority values that matter most to our lives, relationships, and work. When we make daily decisions that support our values, we feel pretty good. And when we have to set aside our values or artificially inflate values less important to us, we can feel conflicted, stuck, and frustrated.

In today’s podcast, we talk about things that come up when making routine, daily decisions. Even when we know our values, the urgency or importance of day-to-day issues can quickly override our default priorities. And just as easily, we can pause and realign to our values to resolve that.

I’ll share an example of one of my own recent experiences and encourage you on your path to being an even better version of you, today.
