#123: Why You Should Learn About and Know Your Weaknesses

I’ll share some ideas around taking the VIA Character Strengths survey to help you learn why you should know about and use your strengths, as well as your “lesser strengths.” You can learn more about your strengths and “lesser strengths,” giving yourself permission to be more of who you are and letting go of some things that are not your highest areas for now.
