#121: How to Change Yourself

If you want to change yourself, there are many different ways to do it. First, you can change your appearance, making adjustments like dying your hair or gaining/losing weight. Second, you can change your behaviors by adopting new habits. This might be easy steps taken over time, amounting to bigger changes. Third, you can change your mindset.

Your mindset is the way you think. And what you think determines who you are. Your thinking leads to your feelings, actions, and outcomes. What you get out of life starts with  your thoughts and develops almost automatically from there.
