#102: Do You Say “NO” Too Often?

Do you have a mindset to say no, far too much?

If you’re busy saying yes to everything but feel overwhelmed, like there isn’t enough time to get things done, you might be saying “no” to yourself, too much. We’re all saying no to something, all day long. It’s the opportunity cost of choosing. When saying yes to something, we say no to something else.

When you say no to taking a break, exercising, visiting family, and taking the time you need to be at your peak state of wellbeing, you might be saying yes to others’ demands and expectations. This can create a thought loop of feeling like we’ve been taken advantage of by others, or that others expect too much.
